Aaron D.Thompson, President is a licensed general contractor in Maryland with over twenty-seven years of experience. As General Contractor for East Coast Design Build, he is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm. He serves as the primary marketer for the firm and schedules and oversees major jobs in progress. He offers a full service general construction firm that provides new construction, major renovations, carpentry, electrical, plastering and drywall, roofing and other construction services for residential and commercial properties.
Mr. Thompson’s clients have included Clarke Construction Group, Folger Pratt Construction, Inc., The Whiting-Turner Contracting, Inc., Baltimore City Fire Department, Harkins Building, Inc. and Rockville Housing Authority. Mr. Thompson has developed a reputation in the construction market for customer satisfaction based on getting the job done and getting it done right! Mr. Thompson is responsible for all project management concentrating on cost controls, suppliers, day-to-day project supervision, and labor relations.
William Ferrell, Project Manager has extensive experience in commercial construction. Mr. Ferrell is responsible for new construction, major renovations and commercial projects. Mr. Ferrell also provides on-site supervision. Mr. Ferrell has served as an independent contractor and has built custom homes. For many years, he supervised the construction of residential units for several local Maryland contractors. Mr. Ferrell has been involved with projects for Howard University, DC General Hospital, Bible way Church, Andrews Air force Base, Clarke Construction Group, Folger Pratt Construction, Inc., The Whiting-Turner Contracting, Inc., Baltimore City Fire Department, Harkins Building, Inc. and Rockville Housing Authority.
